This is a time sensitive role and plays a key part in maintaining classroom ratios and supporting daily operations. What You Will Do Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions Help implement age appropriate curriculum and learning activities Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times Communicate professionally with team members and center leadership Requirements High school diploma required Completion of state required ECE training with a minimum of six to twelve units Experience in early childhood education preferred but not required Passion for working with toddlers and early childhood education Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude Why You Will Love TLE Collierville Supportive leadership team Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth in early childhood education
