Description Assistant Toddler Teacher Lake Area Discovery Center at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church Minneapolis, MN Lake Area Discovery Center (LADC) is seeking a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. This year-round position works with children 16–32 months old in a nurturing, faith-based early childhood program. Position Details 30 hours per week (Full-Time Equivalent) Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-2:00 PM Year-round position Experience welcome, but training is provided Compensation & Benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience 64 hours of Paid Time Off (prorated based on FTE) Eight paid holidays Paid training and continuing education Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth About Lake Area Discovery Center Lake Area Discovery Center at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church serves children 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten in the Minneapolis community. Through our partnership with Trinity Falls Lutheran Church, we provide exceptional early childhood education while nurturing children's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities
Provide caring and energetic support for children aged 16-32 months in a faith-based early childhood program. Foster the spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth of toddlers through play and exploration.
