We have a vacancy for an Assistant Team Manager within one of our Children and Families Assessment Teams based in Llanelli which is a part of the Early Help and Assessment Service area.
This is an exciting time to join a supportive, progressive and forward-thinking authority that values the experience and skills that you have. You will be a part of a wider Service that aims to keep Children Young People and their Families together wherever this is safe, and you will be supported every step of the way to do so. If you feel you have the skills, enthusiasm, energy, drive and commitment to help us achieve this aim, then this role might be for you.
We are looking for applicants who possess a social work qualification, who have extensive experience in a social care role and have held a supervisory position. The team are committed to delivering high quality Social Work services and strive to do the best they can in supporting Children, Young People, and their Families to stay together and feel connected to their communities. If you feel you could contribute and bring your experience, ideas, and leadership skills in supporting our aim, we want to hear from you.
