Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you have the skills to lead and inspire a dedicated team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are now looking for one passionate Assistant Team Manager for the Fostering Support and Development Team who can commit to making a difference to our children in Medway.
At Medway, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people in foster care. Our fostering service is at the heart of our mission, and we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Team Managers to join our service.
Reporting to a Team Manager, as an Assistant Team Manager you will lead and manage a small team of social workers and create a supportive and collaborative team environment. Assistant Team Managers are not case holding. You will deliver high quality supervision and support social workers in the management of cases ensuring that high quality practice is delivered to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.

We are committed to helping you to grow and develop throughout your career and reach your full potential. Our practice development offer, whether you are a manager or practitioner, ensures you will be guided, supported and cared for.
