What are you going to do?

Together with your team manager, you ensure that your team processes all items efficiently. You continuously check the processes so that the customer receives their order on time. As a true hands-on supervisor, you also roll up your sleeves. People are motivated to get moving for you. They do so because you lead by example, but also because you are enthusiastic and pay attention to a pleasant working atmosphere.

When new employees arrive, you ensure a warm welcome. You always wonder if things can be done better, faster, and more efficiently. Your team manager enjoys listening to your input, and together you get to work on it.

• You are present on the floor at all times to get the most out of every day together with your colleagues.
• You ensure, together with your team, that all items are processed efficiently and on time every day.
• You continuously monitor the processes so that our customers receive their orders on time.
• You are jointly responsible for various quality and quantity objectives.
• You ensure that new colleagues are well received and onboarded.
• You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in your team.
• You are the operational point of contact for our employees on the floor and ensure that they can do their work without problems and/or delays.

Who are you?

• A completed education at least at MBO-3 level in transport or logistics.
• You are a real go-getter and know how to motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and each other.
• You communicate clearly and are open and approachable. You are also perfectly capable of onboarding new employees and always keep your promises.
• Accuracy: the orders you checked are always complete.
• Flexibility: you have no problem working in the evenings and on weekends.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
