We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Technical Designer. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, technical skills, and organizational abilities. As an Assistant Technical Designer, you will work closely with our design team to bring our vision to life and contribute to the development of our products.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop: The candidate must be comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create designs, edit images, and develop visual concepts.
· Pattern Making and Sewing Construction Experience/Understanding: A strong foundation in pattern making is essential for this role. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of pattern making and sewing construction techniques and be able to translate design concepts into precise patterns.
· Technical Sketches and Tech Pack Experience: Experience creating technical sketches and assembling tech packs is highly desirable. The candidate should be able to communicate design specifications and details to the sample making team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
· Proven experience or relevant internships.
· 1 to 5 years of experience.
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
· Some sewing/ construction knowledge
· Good understanding of fabrics, pattern making, and garment construction.
· Some knowledge of grading concepts
· Technical sketching, tech pack experience and pays close attention to detail.
· Understanding of color and fashion trends.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
