REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N/ ‘O’ level/ ITE in Engineering
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery is a must.
• Experience with operating steel wire drawing equipment will be an advantage.
• Experience with operating butt welding equipment to join wires will be an advantage.Knowledge of wire drawing operations like dies, pressure dies, calcium/sodium-based lubricants, etc.

• Operate of steel wire drawing equipment and steel fibre equipment to manufacture Product.
• Optimising usage of raw material and consumables like wire rod, dies and lubricants
• Preparation of Manufacturing Procedure Specification and Quality Control Plan for Product types.
• Assist in Maintenance Plan for the Facility.
• Assist with testing of Products and identifying changes necessary to achieve Product requirements.
• Prepare marketing information for the Products – Technical Specifications, Packaging design, etc.
• Maintain and replenish raw material and consumables levels to ensure adequate supplies
• Optimise production runs/shifts to ensure that operation is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work with sales team for delivery requirements and production planning capacity.
