JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Assistantto support our Chief Executive Officer with administrative, operational, and occasional personal tasks. The ideal candidate understands the fast-moving nature of restaurant operations, can adapt quickly, anticipates needs without constant oversight, and is motivated to grow within corporate hospitality and operations. You will receive onboarding and training support from our Marketing Director, who previously held this role, to ensure a smooth transition into the position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction while maintaining accountability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new software
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Basic design skills or experience using Canva or similar tools is a plus
  • Be available for occasional evening or weekend work for events, meetings, or urgent tasks

Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation for the CEO
  • Assist with preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups for executive and staff meetings
  • Attend meetings with vendors, partners, and other companies on behalf of the CEO, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Assist with implementing new systems and processes across departments to support operational improvements
  • Draft, proof, and organize operational documents, policies, and internal communications
  • Help coordinate cross-department projects, trainings, and company initiatives
  • Support vendor communications, follow-ups, and basic contract or information gathering
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure deadlines for executive projects are met
  • Assist with planning and logistics for company events, trainings, and off-site activities
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks for the CEO
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
