About the role Gersh is seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant to support the Managing Partner and Co-Head of Gersh's Talent department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of related full-time experience in the entertainment industry. Experience at a mainstream talent agency/management company is strongly preferred. This role is perfect for someone who knows they want to be a talent agent and is excited to work on a fast-paced, high-volume desk. Excellent opportunity for growth. Duties Interface with key players across the entertainment industry. Roll calls and schedule meetings. Calendar management, expense reports, and travel coordination. Generate and schedule auditions as well as coordinate with casting directors, managers, and publicists. Draft email correspondence, send submissions, and track incoming/outgoing materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Desire to pursue a career as a talent agent. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to make a 2-year commitment in the role.
