Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant to Office Administrator / HR Manager on a Part-time Contract. This role is reporting to the Office Manager and assist day to day Office admin duties.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Support all aspects of day to day running of business providing administration support to Managing Director, General Manager, Office/HR & Quality Manager, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Client Services Managers and Industrial Departments
· Work with various departments within the company ensuring compliance with the ISO Quality Management System requirements and audit requirements
· Accounts – raise purchase orders, ensure Purchase Orders are issued for all orders and follow up regarding the relevant PODs, assist the Accounts Manager when requested
· Weekly scheduling – completing the various weekly schedules ensuring all details are correct and any anomalies are highlighted to the relevant Managers
· Update Fieldmotion system assisting all Managers to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
· Provide support and guidance on our Fieldmotion system (training will be provided).
· Office Administration including assisting on Issuing of quotations, follow up phone calls, get written confirmations, new account forms completed
· Sales Administration – assisting Sales Manager with daily quotes and all aspects of sales administration.
· Other duties as required
