Position Summary: Assists with day-to-day functions of payroll and HR as well as serving as back-up on specified roles for Office & HR Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Act as TimeForce point of contact – responsible for setting up new users/terminating users and ensuring that associates receive the correct accruals or lump sums of PTO at the beginning of each calendar year
  • Acquire signatures as needed for paperwork regarding employee changes (pay, agent splits, bonuses, etc.)
  • Ensure all yearly lists and forms are up-to-date and distributed
  • Process semi-monthly hours and charges for payroll processing
  • Work up Brokerage Directors’ compensation semi-monthly
  • Process brokerage override checks and maintain deals
  • Process brokerage deposits for 10th and 25th cycles
  • Process payroll and TimeForce fees in X3
  • Review and pay benefit invoices
  • Process other payroll related X3 transactions as needed
  • Update job descriptions/confidentiality agreements as needed
  • Download new hire paperwork & maintain employee files
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Office & HR Manager
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
