Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Administrative and Support Services Center - Lexington, KY 40508 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $50,939.20 Salary Job Shift: Any Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Assistant to the Executive Director is responsible for providing a wide array of complex, diverse and confidential support services to the Executive Director, in a highly sensitive, demanding, political and rapidly changing environment. Position works in consultation with the Executive Director to carry out assignments that aid the Executive Director in job performance and supports the Board of Directors and its committees. Position provides a variety of levels of support services to the Executive Director, including records management, scheduling, communication triaging, and assistance with prioritizing the Executive Director’s workload Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Five (5) years of comparable experience/education will be considered, based on relevance, as a substitute for the bachelor’s degree. High proficiency in business English is required. Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet and e communications are highly preferred. Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize duties and work with several staff members to complete tasks.
