We’re seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to join a growing team in Calgary’s financial and tax services sector. This is a hands-on position where you’ll provide essential support to executives while managing client-facing responsibilities with confidence and care.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly—balancing appointment scheduling, client documentation, communications, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and executive calendars
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, including intake forms and tax documentation
  • Create and update spreadsheets for client-related data (e.g., mileage tracking)
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, manage bookings, and follow up as needed
  • Generate invoices and administer referral and rewards programs
  • Monitor emails, sort correspondence, and help prioritize key items for follow-up
