Description Hiring Assistant Teachers for Lake Area Discovery Center at Community of Grace Lutheran Church in White Bear Lake, MN. Positions are Part and Full Time, Year-Round, with 64* Hours PTO (prorated), eight paid Holidays, Health Benefits for qualifying employees and paid training/continuing education. Hourly Rate of $18.00-$23.00/hour depending on education and experience. The COG's Discovery Center serves children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, pre-kindergarten students. Partnering with ministry and education programs, LADC offers rich educational and faith formation experiences. Join a team of dedicated, early-childhood professionals at this high-quality program, overseen by LADC; NAEYC-accredited, 4-Star Parent Aware since 2009.

Responsibilities

Assist in the education and care of toddlers and infants at the Lake Area Discovery Center. Support the lead teachers in creating a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
