ASSISTANT TRAINER (GYM TONIC)

This is an entry level full-time position attached to Gym Tonic in Bishan. Main duty is to assist the Trainer and support the Gym Tonic Programme. Gym Tonic (GT) is an evidence-based Strength Training Programme for the elderly which uses specialised machines which aims to build muscle strength in seniors abovethe age of 60 years old.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Basic Exercise Science
• Personal training certification such as FIC or ACE would be beneficial
• SGUS Community Care and Health certification would be beneficial
• Experience in the senior care and fitness coaching industry would be helpful
• Passionate to work with elderly to improve their physical and mental wellbeing
