Resilience is seeking an Assistant Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the international underwriting team, assisting in the evaluation and management of cyber risk for our clients. Your exceptional analytical and communication skills will help us deliver industry-leading service to our brokers and customers. This role is essential to our team and organization, as we strive to revolutionize the way cyber risk is managed. You will gain insights from our seasoned leaders across various departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Marketing & Distribution, Finance & Legal, and our internal Security Operations Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Insurance operational/underwriting role focusing on internal and external customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Fluency in German, and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interest in technology and cyber risk and its evolving landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
