• Previous, customer service or administration exposure.

• Managing and prioritising own workload.
• Consulting with Solicitors and/or external stakeholders to take mortgage applications to completion.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Working closely with Mortgage Lending Divisions and external stakeholders to progress Mortgage Applications from offer through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively manage email and telephone communication from mandated underwriters, our Panel solicitors and external stakeholders, ensuring a prompt and professional level of service is delivered.
• Work in partnership with mandated underwriters, our Panel solicitors, and external stakeholders to gather outstanding documents and referencing requirements for both residential and buy to let mortgage applications.
• Work in partnership with mandated underwriters, our Panel solicitors, and external stakeholders in the processing of loan completions for both residential and buy to let mortgage applications.
• Allocation of new mortgage applications, liaising with Introducers to ensure minimum packaging requirements are met.
• Adhere to internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements – FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime, Data Protection etc.
• Undertake project and ad-hoc pieces of work at management request.
