Description

To support daily new business administration tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of policy issuance. § Process daily transactions relating to New Business Underwriting, including new applications, medical/premium billing, policy issuance and despatch. § Coordinate and collaborate with intermediaries and internal stakeholders to resolve daily work issues and ensure efficient and timely service to customers. § Provide backup support during team members’ absences and undertake ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor. § Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned to support business operations and process improvements. · Diploma/Degree holder and above in related discipline (Banking/ Finance/ Business/ Accounting) · Relevant experience in the insurance industry or in an administrative capacity with an eye for details and meticulous · Good interpersonal skills and communication skills – proficient in oral and written · Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office (eg Excel, Word) applications · Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientated mindset. · Dedicated team player with strong & flexible time management, able to support peak period when required.
