Job Description Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers, provide assistance and cross-selling a variety of services including mobile and 1O1O Home services, golf bookings, dining reservations, and travel recommendations. Lead the team in ensuring a high-quality customer experience by delivering accurate and timely information. Log all customer inquiries in the system clearly and concisely, ensuring follow-up on outstanding issues or inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes. Act as a point of escalation for complex or unresolved issues, collaborating with the team to identify solutions and improve response times. Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement within the team. Support ad-hoc assignments and additional duties as required, promoting teamwork and best practices among team members. Experience & Qualifications Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, capable of motivating team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Highly motivated, able to work independently, exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility and leadership. Strong sales and service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and requirements, efficiently managing multiple priorities. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is essential. Previous experience in sales, events, or a leadership role is a plus. Immediate availability is preferred.
