This is a rare opportunity for a third-year student to join our team as an Assistant Valuer to learn from the best. You’ll work alongside our national team of industry-leading valuers who will mentor you every step of the way. As part of our Government & Legal Valuation and Advisory division, you’ll gain hands-on experience with complex, high-profile projects, a variety of asset classes and significant property portfolios. Your work will help shape decisions on some of the city’s most iconic assets. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports. Qualifications To be successful you will need to demonstrate: Currently studying tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer. Strong attention to detail. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business. Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills. Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team. Your strong numerical analysis and problem solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
