Our people are passionate, take ownership, and always act with integrity for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We accelerate success by empowering bold thinking and driving exceptional results. Job Description Ready to make your mark in the property industry and build your career as a valuer? We’re offering two rare full‑time opportunities for emerging valuation professionals to join our team—one specialising in Retail Valuations and the other in Commercial & Industrial Valuations. As an Assistant Valuer, you’ll be part of a high-performing national team and gain hands‑on experience across diverse and significant assets. You’ll work alongside industry‑leading valuers who will support and mentor you as you build your technical capability and progress toward becoming a Certified Practising Valuer. In these roles, you’ll contribute to meaningful valuation work across a wide range of property types and portfolios. From collecting and analysing sales and leasing evidence, to developing cash flow models and assisting with valuation reports, you’ll play an important part in delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients. Qualifications To be successful, you’ll bring: Tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to build strong working relationships across the business. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Word. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine desire to add value to the team. Your strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities and excellent communication, organisation and time management will set you up for success in these rewarding full‑time roles. Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work. It’s our people who set us apart and we actively recruit people who represent the diversity of the communities in which we operate. We take great pride in doing what’s right and operating in ways that benefit the business, our people, our clients, our communities, and the environment. Experts join experts, and we welcome you to join us as we lead the industry into the future. Please apply with your CV or call Geraldine Libatique-Sullivan on 03 9612 8801 for more information.
