This full-time role is for hospitality professionals who are passionate about leadership and want to take the next step in their career by supporting the Venue Manager in the overall management of our Eastlands location.

THE ASSISTANT VENUE MANAGER ROLE
As Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role in the daily operations of the venue. You’ll support the Venue Manager with staff training and development, rostering, stock and cost control, and financial reporting.
You will be a role model for exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations and a positive culture across the team. Applicants must be highly organised, professional, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages is favourable, but not essential.
