Position Summary:  * Supervise the conference and events services, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations  * Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience  * Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience   * Assist with the conference and events operational tasks if required * Be an engaging and inspiring assistant manager by providing motivation and support to our crew  * Ensure the conference and event spaces are adequately clean at all times * Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks  * Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings  * Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.
