    Laundy Hotels are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager join a dedicated and enthusiastic team at The Oxford Hotel, situated Drummoyne.
    The historic Oxford Hotel has been a Drummoyne icon for over a century. This Inner West watering hole was built in 1929 due to the increased development of Drummoyne and has grown to be the hub of the local community ever since.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently running the day-to-day operations
  • Assist in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel
  • Planning and managing functions
  • Managing, implementing and monitoring operational processes
  • Roster management according to business needs
  • Managing Maintenance and venue appearance
  • Onboarding, training and upskilling team member
