Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Manage day to day inventory and stock control.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain venue cleanliness.
  • Hire, train, develop and motivate your team.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
  • Oversee venue P&L management.
