We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team within Distribution Performance & Operations on agency performance. You will be managing a team responsible for handling the performance management of our Financial Representatives. The Job Manage and review the Higher Appointment exercise for Financial Representatives Manage and review the Field Force Evaluation review of Financial Representatives Manage the appeal process and consolidate appeals for management review Manage and review payment validation of rewards & recognition, sales incentives, and recruitment allowances; including preparation of payout Manage and review performance management processes and guidelines Manage communications to Financial Representatives; including responding to enquiries Our Requirements Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science or related. Working Experience – Relevant work experience in the insurance industry of at least 5 years Experience and good knowledge of working with MS Office Applications (Excel, VBA, Word, & Powerpoint) Good interpersonal and communication skills High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
