Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute Preferred proposition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities. * Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions, from design and structuring to rollout and ongoing optimization. * Plan and implement marketing and client engagement strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty. * Design and continuously refine the client engagement model and end-to-end customer journey to strengthen relationship management. * Collaborate with internal business units and manage strategic partnerships (internal and external) to enhance product offerings, wealth advisory solutions, and client programs. * Drive revenue growth by ensuring propositions and engagement initiatives are commercially viable and aligned with client needs. * Monitor proposition performance, utilization trends, and client behaviour to optimize offerings and engagement approaches. * Track, measure, and analyze campaign effectiveness, client engagement, and proposition adoption; provide recommendations to improve outcomes. * Work closely with frontline teams to ensure propositions and engagement plans are well understood and effectively executed. * Prepare management updates, presentations, and papers for senior stakeholders and governance forums. * Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and internal procedures. * Conduct CET testing, update the SOP, and ensure all campaigns and programs comply with CIMB standards.   Key Requirement * Minimum 5 years of experience in Affluent Banking, Segment Management, Channel Management, Product Management, Marketing, or other relevant areas within the banking industry.
