JOB DESCRIPTION Assist team to develop and implement asset management strategy to meet business performance objectives Assist teams to develop and implement value creation projects, including asset optimization, organic and non-organic growth of profits and cash flows from portfolio of assets Work with investment team to develop and manage post-acquisition integration plan Work with investment team to develop and then manage the long-term asset management plan (including the exit options) of the portfolio Provide inputs to the project cash flow models, life of fund models and work closely with investment team, portfolio reporting team and Finance Team Manage asset-related commercial, financial and legal matters with various stakeholders Develop and maintain good business relationship with all stakeholders, including senior management of portfolio companies, property managers, building mangers, design and construction teams, lenders, and customers Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team. Provide other business analysis and update as and when required Provide support to other Keppel Capital initiatives as and when required JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant business experience. Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Japanese and English. Highly numerate with strong analytical and Excel-based modelling skills. Ability to multi-task; entrepreneurial, and self-directed individual with demonstrable ability to effectively complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with, engage, and convince others and motivate the team. Creative and innovative; creation of new ideas. A strong lateral thinker.
