Description
Develop analytical and reporting frameworks. Requires a Master's in Analytics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) years as a Specialist Revenue Management, Assistant Manager, or a related occupation. Requires one (1) year of experience with: data analysis using programming languages including SQL, Python, and VBA; dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics using business intelligence tool including Tableau and QlikView; applying revenue management principles to drive revenue; database principles for designing, curating, and wrangling data in environments including SQL server and datalakes; crafting a narrative from data and analysis to deliver concise messaging for business leadership; Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; leveraging statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to develop solutions for business problems; Utilizing cloud-based technologies and platforms; and analyzing client survey data including Net promotor score to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
