Key responsibilities I. Performance Marketing: A. Performance strategy & planning * Translate business goals into performance strategy, funnel design, media plans and KPIs. * Own budget planning, channel mix and learning agenda, starting with Facebook-first. B. Paid & owned execution (hands-on) * Set up, run and optimize paid digital campaigns. * Align paid + owned touchpoints (ads, app/landing, CRM) to improve conversion. * Collaborate with product and UI/UX teams to identify and optimize UX elements impacting performance (onboarding flows, landing/app screens, friction points). * Continuously optimize against CPI, CPA, CPC, ROAS and funnel metrics. C. Tracking & data * Design and own tracking architecture, naming conventions, attribution and remarketing setup. * Partner with product and tech teams to define and implement app tracking via industry-standard attribution and to build performance-ready martech foundations for scaling and new channel onboarding. II. Brand Marketing A. Brand + positioning * Define consumer brand strategy, value proposition, and segments * Reputation support: consumer-facing comms during incidents (including Corp Comms/PR, Legal, Risk). B. Creative + production leadership * Lead agency ecosystem (creative, activation & even, media…) and internal studio processes. * Creative quality control, performance feedback loops, localization. III. Budget + performance accountability * Own performance marketing budget allocation, campaign ROI logic, and efficiency. Reporting & insights * Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for Head and leadership. * Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide optimization and media investment decisions.   Job requirement Technical & performance skills: * Strategic Planning: Ability to translate business goals into scalable growth engines with a focus on investment efficiency and media planning. * Strong hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing performane campaigns (e.g., CPI, CPL, CPA). * Data & Dashboards: Advanced mindset in building performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI) and the ability to define data requirements for Tech/Product teams. * Tracking & Funnel: Proficiency in designing tracking architectures (naming conventions, attribution) and collaborating with UI/UX teams to optimize conversion funnels. * Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of GTM, GA4, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or equivalent; SQL is a plus. Brand & Creative Skills * Creative Strategy: Experience managing Creative Agencies (writing briefs, critiquing proposals/ideas/plan, and managing production budgets). * Strategic Communication: Ability to define a Proposition and "Messaging framework"- this requires high-level writing and positioning skills, not just technical settings. Experience & Seniority Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media. Experience: Ideally Fintech or Banking. At least 7–10 years in Growth Marketing (strategic planning and execution), with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns (at least 1B VND/month).
