Description

Professionals in this group work with large data sets and relational databases and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly. They focus on the development of Advanced Analytics models to optimize underlying business problems. They are expected to apply state-of-the-art advanced analytics, quantitative tools, and modeling techniques to interpret, make inferences, and offer recommendations based on insights from the data. Possess knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (SQL, python, reporting tools) and US Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage. Professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. In addition they may also liaison with the other functions such as human resources, legal & compliance, finance and operations.
