Your Role:  * You will maintain and control the funds’ general ledgers and various sub-ledgers and take full ownership for the accuracy and completeness of standard and complex bookkeeping entries. * Liaise with supervisors and/or accounting specialists locally and in outsourced services locations as part of an integrative fund accounting servicing model. * Prepare and/or review financial statements (stand-alone, consolidated), footnotes and partner capital statements and liaise with other Citco teams, where applicable. * Manage the client capital activity processing (capital calls/distributions/transfers) and review/prepare management fee and waterfall/carry calculations. * Prepare limited partner and general partner allocations, NAV packages and work paper products. * Oversee and/or prepare reports to local and foreign regulatory authorities and standard and bespoke investor reporting requirements. * Operate as a contact point for clients: able to respond in a solution-orientated manner and resolve client queries timely or escalate where necessary to the appropriate level of seniority. * Act as liaison to various external stakeholders, i.e. auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel. * Monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables and strive for continuous improvement. * Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials and ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents. * Manage and monitor client deliverables (SLAs) with your team and the client. * Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). * Work with on-boarding solutions teams to implement new fund structures on accounting system. * Interact with Management and improve customer experience. * Mentor, coach and support team members in their professional development and participate in team goals settings and performance reviews.     About You: * You have a Degree in Business or Finance desirable * Qualified accountant or working towards ACA, CA, ACCA or CPA designation. * 7+ years of private/public accounting work experience desirable * 3+ years’ experience in Real Assets and Fund Accounting desirable * Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP (knowledge of US GAAP is desirable). * Comprehensive knowledge of accounting consolidation. * Proven Fund Accounting system, Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint skills (knowledge of Yardi and/or Investran would be considered an advantage). * Ability to handle several deliverables and multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines.   * Familiarity with tax-efficient European structures and related investment vehicles and regulatory requirements would be considered an advantage.   Salary ranges  3300-4500 EUR GROSS   Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
