Job Purpose * The Process Owner of IT Change Management and Leader of a team of Change Managers and Change Analyst. Lead the IT Change Management team and drive the IT Change Management process for efficient and promptly handle of all IT related changes in order to minimize the side effect of change. Key Responsibilities * The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken include: Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure process alignment, tooling requirements definition and governance practices are established Define and implement best practices and/or communication between teams Effectively implement and execute the Change Management process tasks in adherence with Group and Regulatory Policy Assess each proposed change to balance business risk with business value, report risks and/or issues as necessary Review, Approve or Reject changes and post implementation report Manage and/or coordinate escalation activities and provides regular update to the bank leadership team as when required Chair meeting as required (eg. Change Advisory Board, Post Implementation Review Forum, etc.) Participate the Change and Delivery OSC meeting and Collaboration Reflection forum. Provision of required change management summary and reports Participate in major outage war room and major deployment. Drive continuous improvement and Identify areas of improvement initiatives to support the day-to-day operations of the organization Drive the tools initiative to support the change and release management areas. Must be able to work after office hours (weekend / public holidays) when required, or with short notice Able to work in other CIMB premise when required Job Specification * Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science/ Information Technology in which; Certificate or Diploma holder with minimum 7 years and above IT experiences. Degree holder with minimum 5 years and above IT experiences. Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements ITIL V3 Foundation Certification, ITIL V3 Intermediate / Practioner or ITIL 4 Certification or other certification – LEAN, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. will be a Plus Relevant Work Experience 10 or more years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Analyst in an Enterprise IT environment Familiar with risk management, project management, SDLC or AGILE processes will be a plus. Working knowledge with ITIL v3 frameworks or in areas of Incident/Problem/Change Management, TQM or ISO 9000:2000, 14001 and 20000 (certification not required, but will be a plus). Work experience in Enterprise IT and audit related activity. Good track record in working career. Required Competencies and Skills * Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job) Technical/Functional skills Familiar with IT platform – IBM Mainframe, IBM AS400, Unix, Linux or Wintel environment. Sound knowledge in IT standards - networks, storage, security, programming, database, performance monitoring tool, etc. Experience in ITSM application (e.g Clientele ITSM, ServiceNow, BMC.), reporting (e.g. SQL, Cyrstal Report) Experience in source code management tools (e.g. MS VSS, Rocket Aldon, DevOps, SVN, GIT, GITLAB, Jenkins, etc.) will be a plus. Advance experience with MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) will be a plus. Non Technical skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners within the company. Strong influencing and relationship management skills. Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts / competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. Positive “Can Do” attitude.
