About the Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the resort’s International Marketing team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Revenue Generation & Strategic Growth Drive revenue performance through targeted marketing strategies, VIP acquisition, player retention, and optimized promotional programs. Develop and execute business plans that grow gaming revenue across international, regional, and premium segments. Identify high-value markets and segments, deploying acquisition strategies that maximize return on investment. Monitor KPIs (theoretical win, trip frequency, ADT, yield per segment) and adjust strategies to ensure continual growth. Lead commercial initiatives that support the property’s annual revenue goals and long-term strategic positioning. VIP & Player Development Leadership Oversee Player Development teams, ensuring high-performance culture, coaching, and accountability for revenue outcomes. Strengthen relationships with VIP players, agents, and strategic partners to expand market reach and repeat visit frequency. Introduce innovative host engagement strategies, data-driven portfolio management, and personalized guest experiences. Ensure consistent execution of service standards for premium and VIP clientele. Marketing Strategy & Program Execution Design and refine marketing programs, events, and promotions that drive visitation, gaming spend, and loyalty. Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and deliver measurable financial impact. Monitor competitor activities and global market trends to maintain a leading-edge marketing strategy. Work closely with analytics teams to optimize segmentation, offer distribution, reinvestment, and forecast accuracy. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, Digital, and F&B to support integrated guest experiences. Represent Gaming Marketing in executive meetings, supporting data-driven decisions and operational alignment. Strengthen relationships with travel partners, agents, and key external stakeholders to grow premium business. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and internal control standards. Oversee budget planning, reinvestment controls, and expense management to maximize profitability. Streamline processes and systems to enhance team efficiency, data accuracy, and service delivery. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 8–12 years of progressive experience in gaming marketing, VIP services, or player development. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a high-end gaming or luxury hospitality environment. Strong leadership experience managing hosts, player development executives, and marketing teams. Deep understanding of player reinvestment, segmentation, ADT, Theo, and revenue modeling. Established network or expertise in regional and international gaming markets.
