Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will lead and execute various projects and initiatives for the Group in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with the investor community, as well as creating awareness about CapitaLand Investment’s current business landscape, operations, and future development plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to develop policies, procedures, and strategies for the function and drive effective adoption of best practices across the organization and business units
  • Work on various communication materials for the Group including financial results slides, valuation information, transaction slides, annual report, quarterly announcements to provide an update of the organization’s business landscape
  • Plan and execute various briefings/investor engagement events to engage research analysts, institutional investors, and retail investors on regular basis to deepen the partnership
  • Gather and analyze information to provide insights on matters such as market activities, financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues
  • Work with various internal stakeholders across functions and other IR teams within the group to ensure coordinated programs and messaging are delivered to target audiences
  • Provide knowledge guidance to junior members of the team

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in Investor Relations or Investment Management
  • Experience in funds / investment management company will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with investment concepts, financial modeling techniques and valuation methods
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer trends
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written communications experience
