  • Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex budgets.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance to optimise inventory and marketing plans.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic AVP - Marketing for one of our property developer clients to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for real estate portfolio, spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires a blend of creative campaign planning, global market strategy, brand stewardship, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful project launches, high-impact events, and sustained market visibility.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality marketing, with a proven track record in end-to-end project launch management, high-profile campaigns, and data-driven inventory optimization that drives brand equity and business growth across local and international markets.
