JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Asset Management is responsible for supporting the strategic oversight and performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio, with a focus on Class B & C value-add assets. Working closely with the Vice President and cross-functional leaders, the AVP will help implement business plans, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with investment goals. This role requires hands-on experience in financial modeling, property performance optimization, and asset strategy execution. Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience in multifamily operations or asset management and demonstrate strong leadership potential and analytical acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master?s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, CFA, CPA, CPM) a plus.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, financial analysis, or real estate operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing or assisting with value-add strategies, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Excel, and RealPage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
