The ideal candidate will be located in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, or Michigan, but we may consider other work locations. This role requires a visionary, customer-centric, results-driven leader. The AVP, Product Management is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous optimization of product strategy across our Personal, Farm, and Commercial lines of business. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including underwriting, actuarial, claims, IT, legal and compliance, sales, and marketing to ensure the product portfolio aligns with market needs, meets profitability targets, and supports overall company growth.
