Job Description: * Assist in validating strategies and workflows by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external sources (customer insights, market research). * Support the production of the Business Transformation Pack, including: * End-to-end workflow journey * Product roadmap * Success metrics * Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies. * Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders. * Coordinate workshops and design sessions with: * Business stakeholders for input and alignment * Experience Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand expectations and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs. * Support governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals and compliance.
