Mandatory skill set: * Minimum 15 years of experience * Project Management Experience * Application Support Management Experience * Candidate who has been part of Large Scale Transformation (on Treasury/Trading Project) * Knowledge on any Trading platform will be an added advantage along with Murex or Flexcube * Working knowledge of Trading systems , FX System in a financial institution * Knowledge in Treasury products (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange) ,Equity and commodity * Excellent communication skills * Integration with Exchanges * FIX Protocol * International Market integration * Market Data Integration * Settlement and Reconciliation * Limit Management * Position and Cash management * Corporate Actions * Margin trading * Integration with core banking and other subsystems * Excellent communication skills * Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements. * Reporting of Projects status under the assigned scope of work * Ensure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository. * Able to communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share information * Ability to perform Business Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements * Create clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication * Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards * Ability to run queries on SQL and interpret data * Microsoft Project/ Scrum/Kanban along with complete knowledge of waterfall model as well * Java/Dotnet/Oracle data base * Proficient in excel Knowledge on some or all of the below Skills: * Good knowledge of Treasury domain * Ability to work on SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS mandatory * Good knowledge in Dot Net technologies like Java, ASP.Net, MVC, C#. * Good knowledge in IIS and other web server. * Good knowledge in WEB API, REST and SOAP protocals. * Good knowledge in client browsers and configurations * Good Knowledge in Windows servicesAbility to review, understand system documentation. * Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation. * Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach. * Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
