Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: • Solicit and develop FI&PS business while maintaining credit quality. • Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts independently. • Work proactively with Product Teams on cross-selling FI loan / deposit, Transaction Banking and treasury / investment products. • Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential FI&PS clients. • Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures and applicable local and regional regulations, to achieve set targets and standards. • For Vice President, assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members and supporting staff. • Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
