OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Voice Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or interest in music education and a commitment to fostering a love for music among students of all ages. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, providing individualized feedback in 1-1 mentorship scenarios, and providing support to enhance each student’s musical journey. The instructor will work closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a positive and enriching learning environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for music education.
  • Proven teaching experience with children, including early childhood education and preschool experience.
  • Excellent classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds, including those with special education needs.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support childhood development.
  • Additional skills in areas such as ballet, dancing, theater, cooking, photography, sewing, or culinary experience are considered a plus.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students while promoting their musical talents and interests. Join us in inspiring the next generation of musicians!
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
