Duties & Responsibilities Confidently serves customers as per the brand standards. Looks for ways to go above and beyond the customers’ expectations. Has a basic food hygiene and always works in a safe and hygienic manner Is responsible for the preparatory work and restoration of the restaurant Sets and clears tables as per brand standards Has knowledge of all products and is able to confidently describe to a customer. Can confidently serve food and beverage orders as per brand standards. Responsibilities

The Assistant Waiter will confidently serve customers according to brand standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adhering to all food hygiene and safety regulations. Responsibilities also include preparatory work, setting and clearing tables, knowing all products, serving food and beverages, and completing all assigned side duties and cleaning schedules.
