Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Assistant Waiter / Waitress to support our service team and ensure guests receive excellent service. The successful candidate will assist with food and beverage service, table preparation, clearing, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Waiters and Waitresses with food and beverage service.
• Prepare and set tables before guests arrive.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and safely.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Refill water, condiments, and other table items when required.
• Assist with carrying plates, trays, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Respond politely to guest requests and refer concerns to the senior service team.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Friendly and professional personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Position: Assistant Waiter / Waitress

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Previous experience preferred, but training may be provided.

Practical Trial: Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a service trial to demonstrate their communication, teamwork, speed, and customer-service skills.

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
