Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables, and side duties. Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during meal service. Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding and always ensure proper safety standards. Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging areas. Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards. Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply. Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests. Skills & Abilities Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. Ability to describe all menu items, prices, and methods of preparation. High school or equivalent education required. Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs. Advanced in English; multilingual is strongly preferred. Responsibilities

The Assistant Waiter/Waitress is responsible for cleaning, setting, and re-setting tables, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Additional duties include assisting with special guest requests and ensuring safety standards are met.
