JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of goods, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. You will also play a key role in supervising the warehouse team and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Possess relevant warehouse experience, with proven supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead a team and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic computer literacy required (e.g., MS Office applications).

• Organize and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality procedures at all times.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space to improve storage capacity and workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
