We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager at our Gander Fresh Warehouse to partner with the Warehouse Operations Manager to support the success of this critical operation.
Snapshot of the Position
As Assistant Manager of our Gander Fresh operation, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to- day operation ensuring products are efficiently stored, organized and shipped. You will also play a lead role in managing the warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards and supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager in meeting productivity goals.

What You’ll Do

• Warehouse Operation – Assist in overseeing the entire warehouse operation ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, inventory control and product distribution
• Team Member Development – Assist in the management, training and development of warehouse team members
• Quality Control – Ensure products are stored properly, meet quality standards and are handled with care during shipping and receiving
• Safety Compliance – Ensure all safety standards and protocols are followed both on the warehouse floor and in the packing of trucks for store deliveries
• Process Development – Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to identify areas of potential improvement in warehouse operations, workflow and logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $41,627.34-$60,555.80 per year
