Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of staff in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, parts, and products.
  • Oversee delivery operations, including routing, dispatching crews, scheduling routes, and building delivery manifests.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
  • Enforce company policies and standards across all departments.
  • Assist in all departments when required to support business needs.
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Support in coaching and HR functions as required.
  • Investigate and document damage claims, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Conduct communications with stores, clients, vendors, suppliers, and delivery teams in a professional and timely manner.
  • Requisition supplies and materials as needed to support operations.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance or repair as required.
  • Resolve work-related issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit progress and performance reports to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Perform the same duties as workers supervised when required, leading by example.
  • Must be available to work 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday each week, and be flexible to adjust hours based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
