  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to events.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor selections.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and venues to secure the best services at competitive prices.
  • Manage event marketing efforts to promote weddings and attract potential clients.
  • Coordinate logistics on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the planning process.
  • Upsell additional services or products that enhance the wedding experience.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Utilize strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple events concurrently.
  • Oversee guest services during events to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Must be available to work weekends
