Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Wellness Director to join our team in Wall, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with the Wellness Director to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being. Salary Range $95K-105K Yearly Assist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives, health education programs, and fitness activities Collaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs across the organization Manage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and oversee wellness staff Develop and maintain wellness program budgets, tracking expenses and ROI Analyze program data and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and effectiveness Coordinate health screenings, wellness challenges, and educational workshops Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate wellness Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote wellness programs Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees on health and wellness topics Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all wellness activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Public Health, or related field 3-5 years of experience in wellness program management or related field Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification preferred Strong knowledge of health promotion strategies and corporate wellness trends Excellent program management and organizational skills Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation Experience in budgeting and financial management Creativity in developing engaging wellness initiatives and events Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and health data privacy practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and wellness program management software Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for wellness events Additional Information Benefits Offered(Full Time): Health Insurance: Medical/Rx, Dental, and Vision Ancillary Benefits: Life Insurance/AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long-Term disability Basic Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance FSA (Commuter/Parking) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Other Compensation Programs: Employee Referral Bonus Resident Referral Bonus Equal Opportunity Statement: Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
